For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

 The Lord raised up His local body of believers as a result of several providences. Jim Holt and Ric Nix are the elders and Tony Ramsek along with other fathers help in the teaching time. We love to sing songs of praise to our Father in Heaven, especially the hymns of old. A special time each week is devoted to fathers praying for their families and one another. As we meet "from house to house", one of the many blessings that our families share in is a weekly meal after the teaching time. This gives each one opportunity to encourage one another as we seek to edify each other for the building up of the saints for the glory of God.

Current teaching series
We are currently teaching through the Gospel of John verse by verse. Many fathers take this opportunity to share what the Lord has been teaching them through this book. It is a great blessing to each family to see a multitude of men teaching their sons and daughters.

Latest Messages
From 2007 we have a series called "The Abandoned Life" on Romans 12:1-2. Unfortunately we did not record the first message in this series. But here is the second where we wrapped up verse one. The third message is on "Be not conformed to this world.". The fourth is on "Be transformed by the renewing of your mind." The final message is on "Discerning the will of God". From Dec 10th is a message on Romans 14 (sorry for the bad quality).
